Executive Director
Logan is the person keeping the gears turning behind BSidesDayton 2027. From big-picture planning to last-minute fire drills, he makes sure every coordinator has what they need and that the conference actually shows up on the calendar looking like a real event.

Will is the mastermind behind the hands-on spaces that make BSidesDayton more than just talks. He wrangles village leads, equipment, and schedules so attendees can break things, build things, and learn by doing all day long.

Clayton leads the drone side of BSidesDayton, from planning safe flight operations and equipment to working with village leads so attendees can explore unmanned systems hands-on in a controlled conference environment.

Ryan owns everything you can hold in your hand at the conference. Badges, signage, programs, and the little printed details that make BSidesDayton feel polished show up because he sweats the design and production work early.

Jason designs the puzzles, challenges, and chaos that keep CTF teams glued to their laptops. He balances difficulty, story, and fairness so the competition is tough, fun, and worth bragging about afterward.

Mark handles the venue itself so conference day runs without surprises. He coordinates building access, AV monitoring, catering and food service, and the on-site logistics that keep the space open, powered, and ready from doors open to close.
